This property is situated on a quiet street with both South D&D boat ramp less than a 2 minute drive, and North D&D and Sam's boat ramps less than 5 minutes away. Picture windows facing the water give unforgettable views of picture-perfect sunsets. The deck allows for watching sand bass school while enjoying a morning coffee or keeping a pole nearby to catch when they run. The water at the retaining wall is approximately 2-4 ft with gradual deepening right into the Brazos River channel. The shallow waters are perfect for families to wade and splash about but deep enough to stop back by the house for lunch or dinner before finishing a day on the water.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
